The Middle Georgia State College (MGSC) Student Government Association (SGA) is made up of five (5) campus Senates and a SGA President’s Council.
Each campus Senate is composed of twelve (12) senators and chaired by a Director.
The President’s Council is composed of each campus SGA Director and chaired by the SGA President.

Wesley Sewell, the Macon SGA Director, is accepting applications to fill a vacancy on the Macon SGA Senate. If you are interested, please apply here or come by the Macon SGA office (SLC 255) on Tuesday or Thursday from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. The deadline for applying is Thursday, October 10 at 5:30 PM.
The requirements for applying are as follows. You must be available to attend meetings from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM on the first and third Friday of each month. You must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA and be in good academic and disciplinary standing. You must also be enrolled in at least six (6) credit hours with at least one (1) class with a Macon campus designation.
